We prepare up-to-date information about the talent market and form an offer for candidates: remuneration fork, hiring terms, and benefits. We coordinate the offer with the customer.
START THE SEARCH
We sign a contract that spells out all the important details of the job opening and use the internal database (more than 10,000 IT specialists). Switch to external sources: LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, Stackoverflow, and DOU. Apply to the IT recruiting community in Ukraine and abroad.
CONDUCT INTERVIEWS
Do thorough interviews with each candidate. Find out about professional interests and personal qualities. Handle objections and provide feedback on each candidate, with the recruiter's conclusion. Then show the CVs of the best candidates with our comments.
MANAGE INTERVIEW ON THE CLIENT'S SIDE
Schedule interviews with candidates after the review and attend all interviews to facilitate the process. Gather relevant feedback and send it to the client.
CLOSE THE VACANCY
Discuss the date of the candidate's departure and issue an invoice for 50% of the payment for services; the second part is due after passing the trial. We will search for a replacement if the candidate fails to pass the trial due to professional inconsistency during the first two months of work.
